This package is for the couple who has planned their wedding and is searching for someone to take over the day of so that they can enjoy their time spent with family and friends.
In order to best serve you and to ensure that your special day goes as smooth as possible, this service commences at least 90 days before your wedding date.
My coordination services includes but is not limited to:
Up to 3 consultation meetings prior to your wedding day to discuss all the plans put into place and what extra expectations and duties
Review of all vendor contracts to confirm logistics and tweak + follow-up on any details (Chiantelle Nicole Events and Weddings does not dispense legal advice. If legal advice is needed, please contact a lawyer).
Communication with all vendors and main point of contact on the wedding day.
Delivery of final payments to vendors (if required).
Preparation & management of the detailed wedding itinerary for vendors and wedding party.
Attendance & assistance at the wedding rehearsal (separate from the consultation meetings).
Venue walk-through of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception site/s.
On-site supervision and direction of wedding day for ceremony + reception: set-up, organizing the processional line-up, transportation from ceremony to reception, cocktails, dinner, cake cutting, entertainers, speeches.
Management of small décor details (place cards, pew markers, favours, etc).
Up to 8 hours coverage on the wedding day itself. Additional hours are available at an extra charge.
An assistant at no extra charge. If the size and extravagance of the wedding day requires more assistants, an additional charge will be included.
Access to curated emergency wedding kit.

This service is for the couple who are already off to a good start in their wedding planning process. The perfect venue for the ceremony has been booked, have a general budget established and maybe even a few additional items ready, and just needs help with more of the creative aspect of the wedding day.
This service typically starts four to six months prior to the wedding day. Here are a few things that this package includes but is not limited to:
Up to 8 consultation meetings prior to the wedding day.
Creating the wedding design's concept & mood board.
Colour palette guidance.
Overseeing the decor budget and vendors: florists, linens, lighting, rentals, stationary.
Attending venue site visits to visualize where everything goes and to assess the space.
Creating a detailed floor plan.
Ensures that all decor elements are in place on-site.
Set-up and take-down of site venues.
An assistant at no extra charge. If the size and extravagance of the wedding day requires more assistants, an additional charge will be included.
