Also known as Wedding Day Management

This package is for the couple who has planned their wedding and is searching for someone to take over the day of.

In order to best serve you better and to ensure that your special day goes as smooth as possible, this service commences 30 to 60 days before the wedding date.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • 2- 3 consultation meetings prior to your wedding day to discuss all the plans put into place and what extra expectations and duties

  • Review of all vendor contracts to confirm logistics and tweak any details/follow-up on any loose ends (Chiantelle Nicole Events and Weddings does not dispense legal advice. If legal advice is needed, please contact a lawyer).

  • Communication with all vendors and main point of contact on the wedding day.

  • Delivery of final payments to vendors (if required).

  • Preparation and management of the detailed wedding itinerary for vendors and wedding party.

  • Attendance and assistance at the wedding rehearsal (separate from the consultation meetings).

  • On-site supervision and direction of wedding day for ceremony and reception: set-up, organizing the processional line-up, transportation from ceremony to reception, cocktails, dinner, cake cutting, entertainers, speeches.

  • Management of small décor details (place cards, pew markers, favours, etc).

  • Up to 8 hours coverage on the wedding day itself. Additional hours are available at an extra charge.

  • An assistant at no extra charge. If the size and extravagance of the wedding day requires more assistants, an additional charge will be included.

  • Access to curated emergency wedding kit.

 

Investment:

Starting at $1500 CAD + GST.

This service is for the couple who are already off to a good start in their wedding planning process. The perfect venue for the ceremony has been booked, have a general budget established and maybe even a few additional items ready, and just needs help with more of the creative aspect of the wedding day.

This service typically commences four to six months prior to the wedding day.

  • Up to eight consultation meetings prior to the wedding day.
  • Creating the wedding design's concept.
  • Colour palette guidance.
  • Overseeing the decor budget and vendors: florists, linens, lighting, rentals, stationary.
  • Attending venue site visits to visualize where everything goes and to assess the space.
  • Creating a detailed floor plan.
  • Ensures that all decor elements are in place on-site.
  • Set-up and take-down of site venues.
  • An assistant at no extra charge. If the size and extravagance of the wedding day requires more assistants, an additional charge will be included.
 

Investment:

Starting at $2500 CAD + GST.

This package is for the couple who are in the beginning stages of planning their special day. 

It includes everything in the Wedding Coordination and Wedding Design packages. It also includes but is not limited to:

  • Budget preparation, allocation and management
  • Vendor recommendations and assisting in the selection of vendors
  • Reviewing all vendor contracts, if desired (Chiantelle Nicole Events and Weddings does not dispense legal advice. If legal advice is needed, please contact a lawyer.)
  • Preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule for the months between contract signing and the wedding day
  • Full development of the wedding theme chosen: site décor, food, attire, favours, centrepieces, wedding stationary
  • Attending all vendor appointments, if desired
  • Handling follow-ups with all vendors
  • Attending appointment with clergy (in discussing the actual ceremony), if desired
  • Supervision of wedding rehearsal
  • Supervision of ceremony and reception set-up
  • On-site direction of wedding ceremony and reception
  • Supervision of wedding photo session following ceremony
  • An assistant for the day of the wedding at no extra cost
  • Unlimited support between 9:00AM to 9:00PM PST.
 

Investment:

15% of total wedding budget with a minimum spend of $5000.

Note that this is a limited package per year due to the amount of time allocated.

Initial Hour: $150
Subsequent Hours: $75/hr.
